I agree with deathon...your traps wil grow well enough with compound lifts like that. Try some clean pulls from the floor. Still shrug every once in a while to keep em guessing - something that worked for me was to heavy barbell shrug then pick up the 100's and rep it out. I like doing about...
On lower rep lifts, a large breath should be taken before commencing, then it should be let out in small increments after eah rep. This keeps pressure on the coratid artery - Not saying to hold all the way, just let out short bursts of the 1st breath.

I don't know about elbows pointed away from you on dips - I don't think thats right. Decline bench does involve a lot of shoulders, and the range of motion is small - hence the greater amount of weight one can use on it. this is probably why alot of trainees like this exercise. I wouldn't use...
just to add - bent over rows should be a staple in a routine. Not standing rows as most in the gym perform them. Bump again for deads, and pullups

I agree with b fold and Noe. All those cables and pulleys diminish the weight you are actually doing, and there is no stabilization required. HHHMMM just go bench on a smith while your at it. Yeah you get a nice pump and can move some weight, but try training for future gains not temporary...
I agree with Leviathan - I have an Intel and I love it. The whole thing comes with a carrying case, docking station, car tape player adapter, stereo adapter, and it has alot of memory as compared to most other ones.
