hehehe I know what you mean I go to two gyms I do upper body in the gym that is closest to my house 4 days out of the week but come friday I go to a small gym with my friend and we work the hell out of our legs.
I don't know if this is normal but everytime I work back my biceps seem like they are handling a large amount of the load. after I get done with my routine My BI's are pumped really well but my back is not. I've been told to isolate and concentrate on my back but I still feel like the bi's are...
everytime that I work out in the morning I am weak!!! by at least 20-30 pounds no matter what excercise I do. I just don't have the energy in the AM seems like. has anyone else ever experienced this AM weakness??
I've read that supllementing creatine and glutamine along with other aminos can help slow atrophy but who knows its not an exact science and I've never tried it but it is a suggestion and probably would not hurt.

barbell bench press.... where is this at in your routine, you can push the most weight on bench and it will stimulate growth.

just as said above be careful lookup and push through the heels
and if need be lighten the load and make sure form is good, also I was advised to not use pads on the bar, and my pain went away just practice and watch others form.
I will have to agree that crunches and leg raises should give you the results you desire. you might have sub-cutaneous fat that is hiding your development. I've also heard that bicycle crunches recruit the largest amount of muscle fibers in the abdominal region.
Last week I went into the gym and was able to get 225 once it was dificult but my rep was a smooth one, but this week actually this morning I was struggling with 205 what is the deal here??? is this normal?? I don't like regression it sucks what may have caused this???

5'10" 168 lbs
bench press 225
squat 345
I eat all the protein I can get my hands on, and I pay at the toilet :)
diet is clean low to mid carbs 50- 120 a day
i'd say 150 grams of protein a day
