    Loose the weights???

    I have been trying to drop bf% for a while now. I w/o daily at 5:45am. 35 min free weights, 35 - 40 min. cardio. I seem to put on size, but not noticing any fat loss. My diet is okay, but I was wondering if I should just skip the weights and do 1hr cardio per day? Will I get too flabby though...

    Cool thanks.... Also, I workout before work each day at 6:00am. I usually do 30 min. of high rep weights follwed by 35 - 40 min of cardio each day. What should I eat before working out, so I don't feel sick but I am loosing bf??? Thanks,

    As an ex-football player I can gain weight pretty easily, but loosing only fat is a challenge. I am about 275lbs, still very strong but trying to focus on reducing bf%. I was down to 217 lbs 2 years ago, but I was very weak. I am working out every morning with 35 - 40 min. cardio each day...

    Actually, you may find this hard to believe but my OS actually likes lunges. He does knees for many pro-athletes and he said there is only a 5% diff. between squats and lunges. He said if I can't squat yet, to do lunges because they are almost as good - I couldn't believe it.... Thanks for all...
