i was just wondering, if my whey protien carries bcaa's do i still take my free form amino's.if i do then how long after a shake . or should i take them after every solid meal.

the muscle round. put a weight on the bench you can get 10 times. hit it 4 times then rack it . rest for ten seconds then hit another 4 times.do that 6 times.that is considered 1 muscle round set . you want to do 4 muscle round set. you can also do it with other large muscle groups . try it out
lets say i start my cycle on monday. would i take my next shot on the following monday.Or count monday tue wed thur fri sat then shoot on sunday because thats technically 7 days.
