i was just wondering, if my whey protien carries bcaa's do i still take my free form amino's.if i do then how long after a shake . or should i take them after every solid meal.
That's my understanding as well. BCAA's along with glutamine and other free aminos are good anti-catabolic supps for cutting. Take'em when you get up and between every meal. But if you're bulking you're getting plenty already.
