It blows, it is just creatine and dextrose, you can buy them seperately at higher quality and much cheaper.

It sucks, it is all advertising.. The stuff gave me heartburn all the time. Save the money and get something else.

Micronized creatine (creapure/ultrapure)

A seperate gainer or MRP w/ 50g carb & 50g of protein, for use 15 min after shake.

Yeah, cell tech sucks, the taste sucks, it can help u gain a little weight/strength. But the best out there is creapure, which is in Kaizen creatine. That's the best. Got the best gains in strength and weight.

Now foods sells 900g bags of dextrose (2lbs) real cheap. Your local heath food store should be able to order it.

Don't like it

Nah didn't like it at all. Taste was horrible, gains weren't
worth the money at all.

Got better gains for Prolab Creatine, Dextrose and Gatorade
than Cell-tech plus cheaper!!!
