same here - i was 185 at 12-15% and only 5ft 3 inch tall and was strong and big but i look and feel loads better now at 168 at 7-8% go by the mirror !!!
you prob not gonna wanna hear this but 132 at 12% bf you dont need gear just yet - but thats your choice - maybe just 500mg test a week either sust enanthate or cyp - just my opinion
Prop was harder on my hair than mast ! we all different im afraid so only you can try it and share your experience - its just like the deca dick thingy - i have done a gram a week of just nandralone and suffered no libido loss ! good luck mate
i agree with this - also i know some people who dont see massive strength increase - if i am training with low volume and low reps - i very rarely see massive increases however i try to time my cycles for when im peaking with lots of volume and i then would say i hold my strength for longer for...
i am 5ft 3 and a bit and i compete in the lightweights - i wouldnt worry about your scale weight (unless you compete ) - in my profile pic i was 155lb and 1 week from show . i think you should just concentrate on your visual apperarance not your weight - i was 8lb lighter than the next guy on...
contrary to the norm - i never use my eca before cardio - why bother- the h.i.t gonna raise your metabolism and body temp and heart rate- i used it in between workouts to keep everything elevated and burning calories - using it this way also surpresses appetite !

so i just came 2nd in the ukbff north east championships in my weight class and the judges told me a should focus on my arms as they were my only real weak point - anyone had this same issue and how did you fix it !
is unleashed a suitable alternative to proviron whilst on cycle and if i use it on cycle is it still gonna work post cycle - i get much better feeling off unleashed than proviron not too worried about bloat issues just the shbg issue
