    Hurt myself doing straight bar curls

    I had the same problem, try loosening up your grip. I didn't realize how tight I was gripping the bar, it didn't take long for my arms to be pain free again.

    Atkins Diet good for cutting?

    My brother-n-law lost 95 lbs on Atkins and has kept it off for 2 years, so it does work. It's just like any other diet, you can't go back to eating whatever you want when you're done and expect the weight to stay off.
