ah ok, well my back still isnt better which is fuckin annoynig so bent over rows, hypers, weighted abs, squats, deads, walking lunges are all going to have to be missed, this sucks. I was only asking about GHR for future use though.
what do you mean manuel leg curl? i found the thing with GHR's on the 45 degree bench, the first part is too easy then the actual part of driving the knees into the bench and the leg curling part is way too hard, to the hip extension part is real explosive then the second part is real hard...
