I just put on weight real slow. One day I feel like im getting a little bigger then I look around and at other people and notice that my arms look like twigs. I feel like im never going to get to the 205-210 range which is what I would like. Flubberboy I was about 170 5% BF in those pics.
Actually I was trying to bulk up. I did gain 5 pounds. I feel I need t work my upper chest and arms, I need to get thicker.
