    okay.. i really need a professional opinion on this... so if you don't really know.. just don't say anything... no offense.. but i've heard so many things that i'm so confused.. the question is... wouldn't you be annoyed if one half of your body was unproportional to the other half...

    got grip?

    so .... when i'm benching... should i change grips on each rep to kind of vary it and work out different parts of my chest? or just stick to one grip... i'm still kind of shaky on this subject... thanks for trying to help though... :)

    i'm skinny and i want to gain more weight... i'm cut but i want to be bigger like the other guys... just eating doesn't cut it does it? i try.. =/ maybe i'm not eating enough? my friend told me about weight gainers..like shakes or pills or something... should i try that?

    for benching.. what are your ways of gripping? can someone pleease tell me what are the different kind of grips and the benefits and what's better.. and what they do... ie:.. wider grips... closer grips... i also see people who don't put their thumbs over the bar... and some who do... =/
