Hey guys, tis the christmas seasons and I am looking to get myself some home cardio equipment. I was wondering if anyone here could recommend a piece of equipment that is under $500 (ya i know, im on a budget right now) and takes up very little space, maybe even collapsable. This could be a...
Being in college, I cook almost all my meat on the thing. Trust me, if you've never used one you will love it. As suggested, definately get the bigger one, its not that much more and you can do so much more on it.

Tiny Bit Lowfat Mayo (or Fat Free) + Jalapeno Sauce + Lowcarb Jalapeno Cheese Tortilla and nuke for 20 secs. For some reason I like tuna a hell of alot better if its a little warm.
I think im just gonna market a cookie dough log and sprinkle it with whey protein and call it the "Power Log", pretty much the same concept. By the time they figure out what it really is, i'll be sipping maragaritas and laughing with the pillsbury dough boy in Barbatos.
My personal opinion would be no since I would think it would be healthier, I too prefer just the plain stuff without the salt and thats what I've been eating.
I'm interested in the creatine topic also.
Also it was brought up before, but when do you start redoing your calculations? Say you dropped 20 lbs, wouldn't your intake have to change also?
