I tried bulking with KETO once. I gained fat but very little muscle. When it comes to bulking, I, personally, DEFINITELY need to stick with higher-carb diets.

After Summer is over (or any other time, for that matter), and many who were previously cutting start bulking again, what is the best way for one to transition from a ketogenic diet to a 'normal' bulking diet, such as a 40/40/20 one...
I've been doing ghost-pale knock-you-on-your-balls HIIT 3x a week and it's been doing jack for fat-loss for me. I'm going to start trying 45 minute cardio at low to medium intensity and see how that goes.

Is it okay to use that yohimburn stuff with an EC stack? I've heard you shouldn't orally ingest yohimbine if you're on EC, but what about this topical stuff?
Never done steroids here (or supplements, for that matter), and I'm one of the hairiest freaking guys on the planet. It sucks being a completely hairy beast naturally. My friends call me "the bear" whenever we're at the beach or lake thanks to my sasquatch-esque fur coat.

About the timeframe issue, I'm not near worried enough about it to split my session into A/B or anything like that. I've heard it many times before and have paid no mind to it since most of the info is strictly from the bodybuilding world, but I've been seeing...
My bodyweight hasn't been increasing, actually, as my goal is to have it slowly go down right now, so I'm not sure why my pull-up performance is going down as well. It may just be some major accumulated fatigue.
