    Really... I've heard conflicting opinions on this. Would it be better to eat the anpb and flax right before bed, and just mix my post w/o protein with water or nonfat milk? I am bulking, btw. Thanks.

    Pinnacle Juiced Protein (chocolate). Expensive, tastes like absolute shit, and is so thick you can barely force it down. :sick:

    I just throw a couple fat spoonfuls in my morning and post-workout shakes. Optimum chocolate protein powder blended w/ milk, ANPB and a little flax oil seems to do the trick for me. I've also heard peanut butter goes well with jelly.... :)
