    1 pound of muscle = 600 calories. 1 pound of fat = 3500 calories.

    dips

    Dips will hit the triceps regardless of how much of a forward lean you have. However, leaning forward will hit the pecs more than if you did not lean forward. Keep your torso more vertical if you want to work the triceps more.

    Speed skaters and BIG quads !!!

    Anyone been watching speed skating in the Olympics ? Both male and female skaters have rather well-developed quads. Does anyone have and 411 on this ? Is it just their training style or are there drugs involved ? Just wondering if I should be replacing my squats with speed skating........
