try doing all your workouts with some form of core involved. example... chest presses on a ball not a bench. squats on a half ball. do as many different exercises standing. then do traditional ab exercises two or three times a week.

Hard to say I'd try to do arms buy themselfs. what you might be doing is trying to lift to heavy. Try lifting smaller weight more reps for about three or four weeks then jump back to heavy. this really helped me with shoulder. Just make sure you do a shit load of reps!!!!

just make sure that your flexing at the top of each rep. the problem sould even it self out. most people are stronger in one arm. not so much noticable though. just keep working them together. and ya like anotherbutters said...."don't think about it so much"

i find if i try too kill my chest first i have no energy to do anything else after. if you know your going to do a split, don't kill the first muscle group do a full body thing. i find i get a better pump on splits. for bulking though i'd definatly do all muscle groups by themselves. ad...
