    HCG is key while on gear...nothing will replace it (ie. Sustain) HCG has one purpose...get your testes up and running. Thus, helping with your recovery and your libido issues. Bottom line...run HCG.

    Step up your cardio for sure...aim for 1.5hours a week and youll be feeling lighter everday with a clean diet. 40mins wont cut it.
