    my guess would be you have bubbles in your synovial fluid in your knee joint popping...i think the bubbles are CO2...if theres pain you might wanna have it checked out...but the noise is the same as cracking your knuckles or having you spine and stuff cracked by a chiropractor

    2% usually bulking or cutting...occasionally some skim...i lose lean mass if i cut milk out of my diet with no effect on bf

    favorite tri exercises

    yesterday in tri's I did 3 sets of skullcrushers, 3 sets of pulldowns, and finished for the first time with 3 sets of 30 cable kickbacks. I dunno if its just cause its the first time i did them, but i got a really good pump after the kickbacks. New favorite exercise

    I wouldn't do it...You'll develop a Biotin Deficency if you eat enough of them (you'd have to research how much to eat would develop it). Uncooked egg whites have a protein i believe that biotin binds to. I believe that if you eat the whole egg raw it gives you enough biotin where a deficiency...
