maybe this is because i train with more intensity and in th past I was always trying to lose at the same time trying to gain. And also cause of glycogen stored back up way higher then before.
after dieting for 4.5 months then in like 3 month period gained the most amount of muscle ever and strenth has shot up...I have trained since i was 14.5 and now almost 20 and in since Oct inotice huge gain but it did come with bodyfat though. I noticed thsi in pictures as well in the mirro well...

I have allready spent the $ on the yohimbine and i can't afford the yohimburn. I won't be taking eca until later closer to the show when we need it. I'm taking liquid L carnitine 1 tbsp 30 mins. b/f AM cardio and my 11 or 12 o'clock lifting session.
