Inormally use solgar milk thistle and LIV 52, definately come off the drink when your on the gear, and increase your water intake aswell.

First cycle i ever done was 250mg sust every 5 days for 10 weeks. Added 20lbs. Just remember to eat well, use liver protectants, and get your PTC stuff sorted before you start.

If the taste bothers you just mix in some OJ or protein shake, thats what i used to do

Never used xanax, but use melatonin alot, it doesnt work with alot of people though.

Why do you say its not a hernia?? I had an Inguinal hernia, which can tear down there, so you wouldnt neccessarily feel a lump in stomach. Good luck at the docs mate

Could you have possibly got a groin strain while training, also a hernia would cause this kind of pain. Ive had both and they hurt like hell. Mick
