    LOL, my job relocated me to India for 3 months and damn did I ever have to adapt (lots of CHEAP gear though). Anyway, I know your pain. One of the things you can do for your quads, is take that bar out to some relatively level field and do high intensity lunges (ol' school but it works)...

    I tried the injectable route with 1-Test, and no joke, it hurts a lot worse than suspension! I can't really say what it's effects are gains wise because I dropped it after a week. Currently, I'm injecting a home brew of 4-AD just for experimental purposes, so I'll keep everyone posted about...

    I'm kind of the same way, I'll track it like a mofo when I'm getting ready for a show, but usually just eat and eat during the offseason (honestly). I pretty much know by now what the ratios are of most portion sizes so I can kind of go from there. I make sure I get over 300 grams of protein...

    That's right' mag, I meant 400 mg total for the week (so about 100 mg eod), basically so you have a nice steady concentration of the compound in your bloodstream - i.e. half of the half-life. There's a site (maybe Iron Game's, ?) that has a handy calculator that will give you a pretty good idea...
