Does he have access to any simple enanthate, cyp, and prop? I think his best bet would be to do 400 mg of test enanthat e.o.d and 50 mg eq e.o.d. for about 12 weeks, then follow up with some prop for about 2 weeks ed (along with l-dex and clomid, which are readily available). This would be cheaper and allow him to keep the most gains. Also, I'd increase his fat and carb intake before 5-6 p.m. It would also be helpful to know how many scoops of protein he is using in his shakes, it would make a big difference!
 
you cant possibly mean 400 mg eod...for a first cycle...thats like 1200mg a week...maybe u meant 400mg a week...enanth. really doesnt have to be shot eod...has a long half life
 
That's right' mag, I meant 400 mg total for the week (so about 100 mg eod), basically so you have a nice steady concentration of the compound in your bloodstream - i.e. half of the half-life. There's a site (maybe Iron Game's, ?) that has a handy calculator that will give you a pretty good idea of your blood concentrations depending on which test esters you are using. There's also a good post by Andy13 on this subject floating around in the archives. You can technically get away with maybe eeod, but I don't mind the injections and ena. works fine with a 25 gauge.

You say he is at 1/2 hr cardio in the AM 5-6 times a week. Way to much cardio if he wants to pack on any size. Especially if it is in the morning before he eats. He is probabaly catabolic for a while if he does cardio on an empty stomach. Depending on how long he is catabolic he could be destroying enough muscle to negate his gains from the weight training.

He should cut the cardio down to 2 or 3 days/wk, and he should make sure that he eats about an hr before cardio session.

Throw in some more food and considering his training is solid he should start to gain weight, with little to no fat increase.

However if he wants to pack on weight fast. Then a cycle is in order. I am not the person to give any pointers on cycles cause I have not done any myself. At least not yet, I probably have about another 5-8lbs natural till I hit my limit....then it is going to be either enanthate or sust for me at 200-250/wk.

Just some Ideas.
 
6'2" and 180 at 6% is pretty fucking lean......repeating what everyone else has said......drop the cardio for a while, carbs have to come up around 200%......and the diet is great for an endomorph, but with his stats, he doesn't have to eat so clean.....t-400 is the best choice because it is enanthate, and a good simple test at low dosages is always the best choice for a first cycle, (although it hurts like hell) the only other option is the Sus. at 500 Mgs. a week.....no need to get to complex and stack eq with it, afterall he is going for mass anyway.....honestly though the dude just needs to eat an assload more calories, if I ate what he was eating I would be a catabolic mofo.......I lean towards mesomorph with endomorph tendencies......but when I am on....I eat everything I see.....at least 3500 calories bro......peace:D

In bed
protein shake w/ milk
prob. 4-5 handfuls of shelled nuts
few fiberous carbs (broc.)

He has access (but not a ton) to EQ, winny, Sust 250, and test400. What should he run to pack on some mass while keeping his bf under 10%? Mucho KARMA to all!

assuming he has never done a cycle, 400mg/test/week along with 200mg/eq/week will be a great cycle.

calories should be: 20/lb/bodyweight
nutrient breakdown i like: 40p40c20f

limit carbs after 6pm to just vegies, while still having plenty of protein.........fish, chicken or steak all great choices
 
Thnx for the help.....I think I'll have him run 500mg of sus250 (even though its Loeffler) and 400mg of EQ...or maybe switch the sus with a cc of test400/week (lil more??)....

anywho, how should I tell him to bump the calories? Which meals? The myolpex and a Abb zero sugar bar? Up the ounces of yams and meat at lunch? full cup of oats?

Problem is he's scared to lose his 6 pack which took forever to chisel in...can't blame him as the mind is hard to overcome....esp. with summer being here...

Whats with the R-Ala???? Isn't it mostly for cutting?
