    If you drink Gatorade during a workout...

    I drink a large (80 carbs) gatorade during my workout whether I'm cutting or bulking. You postworkout meal is supposed to do the same thing (rebuild muscle) even if you're cutting.

    2 beers on a friday or saturday night and you're eating clean the other 5 or 6 days of the week? Dude, don't sweat it. If you're having problems getting down to 2.3% from 2.6% bodyfat, you may have to ditch them but other than that 2 beers ain't gonna do shit. Enjoy your beer.

    If you're going to cut, great than cut. But don't expect to drop 2 inches off your waist AND GAIN 13-15lbs of muscle. That's just not going to happen.
