Brother only way you are going to loose strenght is if your diet is up to par... if your cutting then two decent carb meals in the morning (breakfast and 2nd or 3rd meal prior to 12pm - as a guidline. But you can tweak that to suit yourself)

Arms felt great today, even after lifting conveyor belt gaurds around all day so straight back into the weights tonight...
After a good warming of the shoulders jumped straight into Inclined DB Press working my way up to 50Kg DBz... Couldnt even get em up last week...
Did measurements on my bis the other day and just now. They are as follows;
Flexed post workout: 17.5inch
Unflexed rested: 15inches
I prob havent worked my biceps as much as other body parts in the past but they measure quite even so cant conplain about that...

Dont even worry bout clen or T3... you dont need it... stop doing cardio before weights... leave 12 hour gap between cardio n weights or if you cant do that do cardio AFTER weights...

Of course your recovery time will be shorter... try to hit each muscle group twice a week with heavy combination exercises...
