Who adds B12 and Bcomplex to their HRT? Can you feel the effects of this. I added .75 cc IM twice a week and feel great. Extra energy. The Bcomplex burns IM.

I use B12 2X PER week. It helps me with energy,,focus,,and appetite.

they are everywhere bro. A year ago i got a 30ml bottle for 14 bucks. Im not sure what the average price is though. Is b complex better ffor overall metabolism than b12 alone would be?

Thanks jack, I asked because I have seen prices all over the place from 14 bucks to upwards of 50 for the same size. Ill grab something middle road and try it out. Not sure about the complex if it is better for your metabolism, I think so bro cause all the B vitamin supps for energy and such are the complex style.

Ya that's what I was thinking too. No problem bro, I've been wanting to get a human grade b complex online but no idea where to find one. Btw I get great energy from b12. Although its kind of like heroine I assume as in I've never had the rush I felt from the first time. But then again I guess everything is like that. AAS too.

Awesome, I can say I really do not feel the extra energy from b12 complex. wish I did. Going to give IM B12 a run and see how it goes.
