What do you mean by that just repetively lock out at the top of a deadlift or do you mean go lighter and do more reps so that I get to lock out more often?
I was going for a PR deadlift on todays workout. I could get it all the way up but for the life of me I couldn't lock my knees out. I'm not quite sure what that means, but theres karma in it for good advice.
The variable resistance on it is a plus but I don't like the handle it's too smooth, might just be me. I covered the handle in athletic tape, helps heaps.
