    Bodyweight chin-ups

    I honestly don't even know how much chin ups I can do with just bodyweight...but I can kill about 6 reps with 100# on a weight belt....I can also do 2 one-hand chin-ups.....all these with my chin above the bar

    How many of you are all natural?

    all natural, supplement, protein supplement free... The most I tried was creatine like 4 years ago.. Besides trying muscle milk once about 2 months ago I haven't touched a protein shake for like 3 years or probably longer...i'm not a big guy by all means, but pound for pound I can hold my own..

    One-Arm Chin-Up

    i've been trying to do some 1 arm pull ups lately and I've been doing the one arm negatives. I can bang 2 one arm pullups, but its still not smooth as I want them to be.

    5'6" 159 lbs body weight max flat bench 335 lbs raw i say a decent bench for my weight, but not as good as my insane shoulder presses

    @ 159# bw I can hit 105# DB for 4-5 reps

    Guys wearing weight belts no matter what exercise.....

    funny how some of you compare bodybuilders and powerlifters and make such stereotypical statements about the people in each sport.. "oh bodybuilders are weak and big for nothing" "powerlifters are strong but have no definition" blah blah blah... only people that make these statements don't know...
