After back surgery and a long recovery I'm back working out at the gym. I've missed you guys. I'll never be able to do dead lifts or squats again. But I feel pretty good for pushing 50. Now, back to a simple cycle of Test E and Turanibol.
Bowflex will give you a work out but they are not good for building muscle. I guess it depends on your goals. Nothing beats free weights and a good diet for building muscle.

Getting an x-ray is pretty much a waste of time. Finally I had an MRI done and it showed I had a bulging disc in my lower back. I had to have surgery. A few months afterwards another disc started to slip out. Be careful bro how you work out. Taking all the juice in the world won't help either.
