TheGooch New member Feb 22, 2007 #2 I just started taking 25mcg a day of T3 and 60mcgs of Clen as well...Hamstring cramped pretty good this evening at the Gym. Lots of Water and stretching is what I hear from my buddy who has done plenty of cycles...

dsh89 New member Feb 24, 2007 #8 Drink lots of water, add Taurine when on Clen, and make sure you are getting enough Potassium. That should help with your cramps.
