I’m starting my PCT on Monday and I am getting some ink done on Tuesday. I won’t be able to work out for at least 9 -14 days while I’m healing what do you guys recommend doing so I don’t shrivel up into a little turd?

more than likely it is just swelling you probably passed through a vein or grazed a nerve that caused irritation and made it swell don’t rub it or put any pressure on it... it should get smaller over time...

I disagree I dont see anything wrong with running gear at a high bf% as long as the doc says your healthy heart, liver, kidneys etc... and you dont mind how you look and your goals are to gain strength and nothing else go for it.. based off the diet you described i dont see how you could have...

Oxycodone are not vicodin bro it is a very strong opiate essentially it is synthetic heroin and it kills alot of people i would say the average user uses between 80-160mg each day it is nasty stuff and extremely addictive...

All I can tell you is man up and quit the shit... if you go to the doc he might put you on some suboxin to help with withdrawals it’s still an opiate but it will make you sick as hell if you take another opiate with it and then you can cut the doses of suboxin week to week until your clean...
