new member ,ive been crabbin for a couple of days and figured ill ask a couple of ?s.I started working out 2months ago.Was wondering when is a good time to start a cycle?im 5'9" 180(still over weight) my diet is very tight,and i train 4days a week.Just want to gain some leane muscle.
Does anyone have any sugg. on what brand of hugo i should use?thanks

When you've spent 2 years in the gym. Adding steroids to muscularly underdeveloped body is unwise for many reasons. You should spend more time reading about what it it you're asking about.
exactly...research bro...and train for a longer peroid of time ...then come back:)...uset he diet form and training form here:)
 
dont rush into gear you'r much better to get yourself a solid base first just lifting and eating well. make sure you do plenty of research in the mean time and plan that 1st cycle well in advance. but listen to these guys they know what theyre talking about!
 
Yup I agree at least 2 years lifting and clean diet. Also, check out the diet forum and Pintoca's sticky on losing some weight. That will help you a lot.
