4 weeks into primo, shoulder injury

I'm waiting for my shoulder to heal/ get operated on before I can start my first cycle. Most of the posts said to wait to get healthy first. I would stop your cycle, and save the gear for future use while you get healthy. I've got a torn labrum (SLAP lesion) and it is debilitating as hell...

    Save Now Pop-ups

You can get rid of the program that pops them up. Just go to your control panel, and then "add/remove programs" and find "save now". It was easy in XP.

    Depression, I won't deny it. . . .

Why the refusal to consider anti-depressants? I hope it is not from the stigma associated with mental health issues. It doesn't sound like you would need any medication "for life". A bad breakup set off depression in me that took 6 months of medication and a change of scenery (to Florida in...

    Protein shakes = meal????

Fat-free cottage cheese is my before-bed mainstay. I skip the shake during sleep and eat a bomber load when I first get up. I get hungry very soon after shakes, so now I add flax or peanut butter + uncooked oats to try to slow down the absorption/digestion.

    Partial Labrum Tear (shoulder) Surgery?

I was just diagnosed with a partial labral tear with some rotator cuff "agitation" using a MRI. Has anyone had problems with this? What solutions worked for you? I'm on Daypro and supposed to start with a Physical Therapist this Monday. Surgery is a possibility, but I don't want it to make me...

35, 1st cycle.. any additional considerations due to age?

I'm 33 and interested in a similar cycle. How about running less you're first time out, like 250/week? I'm sure your body composition and strength would benefit at that dosage, plus less sides. The thirties are a great time to start, especially if you feel your natural test has slipped (mine...

    Healing Using AAS?

I have an upper-shoulder and biceps tendon problem in my right arm, MRI sched. this week. Can anyone report on healing while using AAS? Which ones seem to heal the most? Been planning my first cycle for months, and want to include anything that can help. Thanks!!

    Which Blood Tests?

I am trying to find a link (or a cut an paste) to an old thread about which blood tests are recommended before, during, and after use. I tried the (limited) search to no use. Thanks!

    DHT & Finasteride experts.....

I was recently referred to a product called Avodart in place of Propecia. Does anyone have any experience with it?

9 people dead in Santa Monica

As far as the ticketing goes, cops are WAY more reluctant to write one for an older person. They are also less likely to stop someone for "driving too slowly or cautiously". I agree with ZKaudio's dexterity/reaction time test, it could be done on a simulator. How about an assesment test at...

    1st cycle

Long time reader, first time poster. I'm a 33 year old CPT, and have been lifting/training for almost 10 years. I'm 6'2"/ 200, but can get to 210 when I'm training and eating perfectly. Above that, its going on as fat, period. My genes and hormores seem to limit me at that, and I can...
