When bringing a heavy dumbell back to the rack after a set, and a guy gets in the way who does not have a weight in his hands. The guy doesn't move and instead I have to move around him, even though im carrying heavy poundages in my hand(s).
Just hit 300lb deadlift(off the floor) today for 2 reps.
Im pretty happy with this because I started deadlifting in late June and didnt plan on hitting the big 300 until my 20th birthday during January.
I have another question for this thread, what is the difference bewteen narrow stance squat and a wide stance squat? I mean difference in terms of the part of the muscle groups they work out.
