i usually eat this for breakfast
1 cup of oats
2 scoops of whey
2 tablespoons of natty pb
water
ice
blend together ingredients and have yourself a breakfast smoothie
have a 50/50 dextrose and maltodextrin in your pwo shake along w/ sodium. the carbs will fight off catabolism after a hard workout. i would wait 15 min before taking creatine w/ your pwo shake.
