    i usually eat this for breakfast 1 cup of oats 2 scoops of whey 2 tablespoons of natty pb water ice blend together ingredients and have yourself a breakfast smoothie

    try powdered gatorade it has dextrose and maltodextrin in it but it costs a pretty penny. i would just get dextrose and malto by itself.
