Ok, hopefully you guys can give me some advice here, i feel this is more a diet question than training question so here goes.
I like to run about 2 miles 3x a week as part of a conditioning program i'm going through now...i try to eat about 1 hr before i go and run. Problem is, my cardio endurance seems to be there for the 2 miles, but about 3/4 of the way (maybe 1/2 the way) i start to get an upset stomach...now, i just relate this to what i'm eating..so i've switched things up...and no luck so far..
what do you guys eat before doing cardio, and how far before do you eat it? i'm not bulking or cutting, i'm just trying to maintain and boost endurance/cardio performance. i also don't do weights anywhere around the time i run.
any advice?
