    Problems with shrugs..

    Took your advice guys. Shrugged about 210 no problem with olympic bar. Did overhand/underhand which made it easier, but my grip is still not strong enough. I'm doing exercises to improve it. Thanks a lot guys, if I had any karma to give out I would. I have really slopped shoulders... I guess...

    an hour? Dude, that should take like 20 minutes. Get a big enough pan, put down an sheet of aluminum foil (shiny side up). Spray with Pam, or olive oil... Pam is easier and it avoids fat. Lay them out, spice as necessary. If your oven is at like 450, it won't take long at all.

    Used hammers exclusively? What's the benefit of using a rope vs dbs? Right now I'm only doing dbs, and strangely, my hammer curls are about as good as my regular bicep curls.
