WOW 100 pounds of fat good luck brotha. My only tip is to make sure you are trying to maintain whatever muscle you have while you are dieting. the more muscle you loose the less calories you will burn, hence the harder it will be to shed fat.

thanks for the advice guys. One more question then Ms. Scully, if i can't eat bread for lunch, what should I do? It takes a ton of sense to cut out the bread, I would only eat the sandwiches because it's convient... but even with 4 slices of good whole grains, I'm still at about 3000 cals a day, whereas most of the calculators advise me to be between 3500 and 4200 to lose weight "safely", all the while retaining muscle.
