    I agree. I have heard that marathon runners have much lower resting heart rates and resting body temperatures than normal. But.. that could just be due to the fact that they lower muscle-mass.

    I was reading an article over at www.88days.org that claims cardio lowers your fat-burning metabolism for several hours afterwards. What I am wondering is first, if this is true, and second if it is true, to what extent. Obviously zero cardio is out of the question, and on the other side, too...

    yes i agree .. the lower your bodyfat the more it seems to work. however the same applies to fat-loss in general, the results seem more apparent when you have less work to do. thats just my 2cents
