    loading I wouldnt say the loading is completely unnecessary. Your muscles will reach a saturation one way or another, loading just gets them there faster. To each his own.

    nah I'll give it some time. Its right there working, just not making me too jittery. If I have cup of coffee or two on top of it, I get jittery, so I must be just below my threshold.

    I used to get the ProPerf from GNCrap but recently switched to Prolab Creatine(GG). The price is great, and it works just as well if not better than the PP. I used PP for about 2 years, and have used the Prolab for about 3 months.
