    Specificity is the key, so if you want to be really strong at holding a weight then do it. if you want to be strong lifting a weight then do dynamic lifts.

    Stay away from Squatting, Benching, Deadlifts and other load baring lifts if you dont want to add size to your frame. By doing loadbearing lifts your bones will grow thicker and change the shape of your body.

    What does 'vascularity' actually mean?

    I thought the vains moved towards the skin when you were too warm to help cool the blood? Or is that just bogus? Maybe thats why the fat guy has more vains, because of his weight they need to be cooled more than being wrapped in blubber.

    where is it that you have injured? I tore my aducter(or abducter) the one that pulls the leg in together. I had to do a lot of rest, then do things like squeezing things between the knees to get the strength back in it, you can vary the size of the things you squeeze to get differernt areas...
