    Found it surprising that benny came third in the tire deadlift. Just shows how insanely strong siders and savickas are. I think Andy will do 1000lbs very soon. Maybe even raw at the New England Record Breakers.

    Especially useful when benching with a shirt. You can have someone pull on the front of the shirt and someone else clip the lever over.

    abductor machines will help your squat, especially if you squat wide. I train calves, you feel more solid walking the weight off the pins. Even if you use a monolift, the calf strength will only help keep you more stable with the weight on your back. Sounds like he's giving good advice to me.

    Thanks mate. I'm 85kg atm, and will use the sauna for an hour or so prior to the weigh in to make 82.5kg. I will have to make 75kg next year for the WPO, that is when it becomes fun.
