    I have not competed in two years. My last compitition results @ 178 lbs: Dealifted-565 Squated-525 Bench (pause)-385 That was personal best in deadlifts and bench press. My personal best for squats is 545.

    Hey bro! Quality Vet is going to hurt. Are you injecting in the same spots? If, so you need to rotate your injection sites. Try using a 25g and 1 inch long in your shoulders, quads and butt(hip).

    It looks like you eating about 1300-1400 calories. Your body is in a caloric deficit. 5 miles is a lot of running. You should increase your calories to 1800-2000. Decease the simple carbs and increase your complex carbs but no carbs late at night.

    Anyone here use DMSO

    It doesn’t work for that long, if it works at all. I used it about 6 years ago for about 3 months. I would hurt more 3-4 hours after I used it. I’d find something else to use.
