    how many g's of carbs were in it. some studies have shown that taking in a shake with protein and carbs will give you a much better pump, and will actually build muscle WHILE you're working out. ive noticed that taking in 5g creatine preworkout gives me extra strength, usually a few extra reps.

    woops i made a mistake it will last you about 115 workouts sorry. buying in bulk like that is the smartest thing to do, you save so much money. plus you never have to worry about not having the stuff come workout time!
