    Yeah thanks for the replies. When I do feel tired and feel like sleeping I take a nap so thats what I did today. Slept for like a hour. Anyways, work sux indeed. I have to get up at 6 in the morning, take train at 7, at work at 8:30, work till 5, back home at 6:30, eat, watch some tv and back...

    Well, this is kinda funny and had me wondering. I work 40 hours a week, 8 a day. I usually get up at 6 in the morning and go to bed at like 11 so thats like 7 hours a day during the week.     Yeah, my whole scheme is made out of compound exercises (rows/squats/lifts etc). I know I should'nt cut any longer so I allready started bulking since a few days ago. I'm slowly adding 200 kcals every week till I feel the gains are good with not enough added fat.
