Initially roids lower my immune system. Into my cycles I think they help. Try an expectorant for the mucus that you are having trouble gettin out of your lungs. Robitussin is great.
Did you try flexing/posing as if getting ready for a show or workout? the reason I am asking is for the cramping factor. With losing all that water you must have lost some (maybe alot) of vital electrolytes with it?
