At 8% 8 weeks out you're probably ok. That equates to roughly 10 lbs of fat you will want to loose if you want to go in around 5%.
1. How many times a day are you doing ECA? Three, maybe 4x a day for someone your size is probably good. Also, you many want to rotate out the ECA with something else for a couple days (MD6, MetRx Thermicore CRT, etc). I burnt out on ECA after taking it for a while.
2. Are you doing your cardio in the AM on an empty stomach? I've also had luck doing AM lifting on an empty stomach but only with body parts like abs, calves, and arms.
3. I don't know what anabolics you're taking so this may be way off, but your calories at this point should probably be around 2600. (Will need to lower later) Lower your carbs to about 20-25% of calories and jack the protein.
