here's the anabolics plan for my next show, also posted on the anabolic fitness competitor's corner (home, sweet home)....it's almost complete, and i am taking suggestions as to how i can improve it. let me know what you all think....

*the arimidex and nolvadex combination is in there for the ABSOLUTE GUARANTEE OF ABSENCE OF ESTROGENS, which will in turn have a dramatic effect on my body's appearance on the day of the show, even though it will suck considering my projected state of depletion. keep in mind, gentlemen, that this cycle's goal is to look good on a specified DAY, not to look good during the entire cycle.

i will not be incorporating T-3 or clen. my body reacts too harshly on T-3, and ECA will do the job well enough to not need to take clen. ECA and possibly a low dosage of DNP will be used to attain 5%. after that, i may need to bring T-3 and clen into the picture. main focus for getting ripped will be my diet. here's the big picture for my diet:

17...carb/electrolyte/H2O manipulation
18...adjust above carb/elect/H2O manipulation

obviously, the protein, carb, and fat selections during each progressive week will be more and more refined, and meal times will become much more structured as the contest approaches. the first 4 weeks will serve as an adjustment period, where the body will learn how to handle large amounts of protein and very frequent meals. i do not expect to lose much fat during this period, but rather, i am looking for an anabolic response with a metabolic shift to necessitate more food and instill a more efficient burining of calories.the carb ranges indicate a carb cycling of 2 to 3 days of low carbs, and 1 day of higher intake. the low number is the goal for the low days, and the high is the high days.for the last 2 weeks, i will incorporate a plan of carb/electrolyte/water delpetion that has worked for me in the past. if you want more info on this schedule, do a search for some of my posts on carb manipulation, posted about 9-10 months ago.eventually, my diet will be reduced down to chicken breasts, egg whites, tuna, lean steak, sweet potatoes, oats, and broccoli at 6 weeks out, with nothing else besides water and glutamine. no protein supplements, low carb bars, etc. mark my words, it will be a hellish diet, and i commend anyone who is willing to follow in my insane mental thought process's shoes. heheheh

Good luck, I always enjoy reading your posts on AF.

I tried a very similar diet and I only lasted 3 weeks. Carb manipulation is a pain in the ass, the mood swings are terrible.

What are you going to do for pre workout? Try some raw honey, maybe a tablespoon, 15g of sugar, and half your post workout shake, 20-25g of whey. It spikes your insulin gradually so it won't slow you down.

Looks good brother. I like the idea of no/low anti e's in the first phases of your cycle, you need est. to help build that muscle.

good theory....thanks for the kind words bigAndy :)

however, i get much more intense workouts on a completely empty stomach and take insulin post workout, to really shuttle the hell out of those carbs and protein after working out. by the way, i don't take a post-workout shake, but will be soon. just waiting on my MRPs to get here....also waiting on glutamine, which i should have been taking all along!

Looks awesome bro, I wish I had that kind of discipline to diet...That's definately my weak point and I need all the T3, clen, and dnp that I can get...

actually, no drug can substitute for a shitty diet. i found that out the hard way in 1999. boy, i got my ass steamrolled onstage!

Hey PA, I like the dedication. I'd like to know some stats to justify some of your macronutrient levels. As far as weeks 5-10, why the drastic fluctuation of fat? Also, what do you consider minimum as far as fat is concerned. Do you use flax for fat or just use the foods to supply it?
Are you using A-50 to give you some water to work with come pre-contest?
I also noticed you don't use any deca. Do you have any joint trouble with the lack of water and the use of Winny? I know it has been a problem for me lately.

What mrp's are you going to use i can't find any that are low sodium, low sugar, lactose free and sat fat free which you must have for final weeks in cutting. I like labrada low carb bars though and d yates pro peptide protein.

I like your dieting, I totally agree with staying off protien bars and powders at 6 weeks out, whole foods are so much better for you when your metabolism is cranking that far into your diet. I also like the fact that you put the major role of your contest prep on your diet and not your anabolic intake, you have to have both working to get the contest shape your looking for. also what show are you getting ready for? Good Luck, and stay the course.
