    Just wanted to know. I was on creatine for 2 months and gained 5 lbs and my strength increased. Now when i cycle i do 2 months on one month off. So when I went off I expected to be slighlty weaker and lose my pumps. But the opposite happened I my pumps are harder and my strength is way stronger...

    Everyone' allways asking how much you bench or deadlift, but forget the olympic lift. ( The ultimate lift of strength) Post your weight, age , and snatch weight 195, 17 , Snatch never maxed but I got 155 fairly easy. Just started snatches a few months ago.
