kak, how many times did it take you to get to 200 from 165? im 5'8 and 165, was at 185 but got real lazy and didnt keep very much.... im on my way to 200 hopefully!!!!!!!! wondering what all it took!!!

while on gear i always start at 8 reps then 6 reps then 4 reps and sometimes i will do nice burn out after that. just my 2 cents

deca300 does wonders for me. i have put it in all my cycles and will continue. strenght gains are incredible

I was wanting to do bi injection, but if test and deca will not help my arms grow by doing site injections then i will stick to the glute. So will test and deca work? are does it only work for certain gear?
