Organon SUstanon Underdosed?

I have just started using sustanon at 500mg weekly. The problem is that in 2 amps there is only 1.5cc's. Is the organon sustanon underdosed, or whats the deal fellas?
BTW- This is the second week and both weeks i have only got 1.5cc out of 2 amps, so I am not sure what I maybe doing wrong...

i used the same stuff for my first cycle. and it was awesome. never really got shorten that much though. maybe someone could tell ya why.
